Due to COVID, our Think & Drink archive crew has been OUT TO SPACE. We’ll resume highlights of our monthly gatherings as soon as we have an extra pair of hands!
What a gorgeous day for our July philosophy walk with author and journalist John Clayton. And what a great group of people. Through a combination of storytelling, biography, and philosophy, our walk took us into the wild (up Davis Gulch) with John Muir & Gifford Pinchot. Access audio recordings & photos from the walk here!
How nice it was to be outside in the elements after being cooped up for several months (for obvious pandemic-related reasons)! With the sunshine on our backs (coupled with a few bouts of rain), we explored Mount Helena by way of the Daisy Hill, Bitterroot Way, and Prairie Trails and talked about leisure & loafing with philosopher David Nowakowski.

We (and our notes from January and February) have been LOST IN SPACE. Please forgive us! Here is what we have been able to depict from the stars…
We had a great time at our January Think & Drink! Our group talked about symbols and parasites. You, you heard right! Check out some of the questions and ideas that came up in the process!
We had a great time at our December Think & Drink! Our group explored the good ol’ is-ought conundrum. Check out some of the questions and ideas that came up in the process here!
Wow….what a turn-out in the wine cave this month! Our group of 17 (?!) had a great time exploring ideas together and talking shop!! The topic de noir: religion. Check out what sorts of things we explored here!
We had a great time on our first Philosophy Read-In bi-monthly gatherings. Facilitated by David Nowakowski, we started off this new community activity with two of the best-known Greek philosophers: Plato and Socrates. Access resources here!
