A unique 1/2 day workshop for high school boys (15-19 years in age) incorporating elements of philosophy, psychology, mindfulness meditation, yoga, activities, and a nature walk. Healthy light lunch & snacks included. Yoga mats, meditation cushions and chairs provided. Workshop presenters include Troy DaRonco, Justin Whitaker, M.A., Marisa Diaz-Waian, M.A., and Nicky Twitchell. $90 per person.
