Philosophy Walk

October 7, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm MDT

Free

As humans, we are a part of nature…not separate from it.  This is important to remember, especially if we are concerned about the environment, feel disconnected in important ways, and wish to reconnect.  So how might we do this? Both biomimicry and philosophy offer some valuable insights.  Please join us for our philosophy walk on Sunday, October 7th from 10am-12pm where we’ll be exploring our relationship with nature through the eyes of biomimicry, friendship and virtue ethics.  Meeting/Hike Location: Tubbs Trailhead (Glendale & LeGrande Cannon Blvd).  Special guest speaker/philosopher-on-trail — civil engineer & biomimicry specialist, Marie Z. Bourgeois.
