Our fun & festive FREE annual fundraiser event featuring live REGGAE music, games, silent auction, raffle, Montana microbrews, wine & tasty eats and more.
FREE BLOCK PARTY STYLE EVENT IN THE HELENA WALKING MALL (From 6th Ave to Broadway). Kid-friendly. Dog-friendly.
Live Music/Schedule of Events
- 5pm-6:30pm: Scott Williams at The Rialto
- 5pm-7pm: In Walks Bud on raised stage at Ten Mile Creek Brewery! Silent Auction & Raffle. $1 from every beer purchased at TMC between 5pm-8pm will be donated to Merlin CCC as part of Brew-A-Better Community.
- 5:30pm-7pm: DJ On!x on stage at Performance Square. Draft trailer & wine. Family-friendly activities. Silent Auction & Raffle. (In case of inclement weather, festivities will be held indoors at The Placer).
- 7pm-7:30pm: DJ On!x & Local Youth/Adult Dance Act (Image Dancing)
- 7:30pm- 8:45pm: The Highlife Band (Set 1) on stage at Performance Square. Draft trailer & wine. Family-friendly activities. Silent Auction & Raffle. (In case of inclement weather, festivities will be held indoors at The Placer.)
- 8:45pm-9:15pm: DJ On!x & Raffle Winner Announcements on stage at Performance Square. Draft trailer & wine. Family-friendly activities. (In case of inclement weather, festivities will be held indoors at The Placer.)
- 9:15pm-10:30pm: The Highlife Band (Set 2) on stage at Performance Square. Draft trailer & wine. Family-friendly activities. (In case of inclement weather, festivities will be held indoors at The Placer.)
- 10:30pm-1:30am: Grounded Sols & Meet-n-Greet with The Highlife Band (11pm-12am) at The Sapphire. 10% of gross sales at The Sapphire from 5pm-2am will be donated to Merlin CCC!
- 10pm – 2am: DJ Staxxx at The Rialto
MICROBREWS/WINE/FOOD
Food trucks/vendors (Waffle Wagon, Great Ape Crepes & Cheddar’s), wine, draft trailer with Montana microbrews from Ten Mile Creek Brewery, Blackfoot River Brewing, Meadowlark Brewing & White Dog Brewing Company. Taco Del Sol will also be extending its hours during our event for music lovers!
FAMILY-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES
Ping-pong, foosball, sidewalk chess, face-painting, life-size bubbles, fun photo booth, chair massage, an youth/adult dance act and more.
RAFFLE & SILENT AUCTION
Raffle prizes & silent auction items! Proceeds support philosophy in the community.
