Philosophy Conferences

American Philosophical Association (APA) – Eastern Division Meeting
The American Philosophical Association (APA), Eastern Division Meeting will be held in Baltimore, Maryland, January 4-January 7, 2017.  The APA promotes the discipline and profession of philosophy, both within the academy and in the public arena, supports the professional development of philosophers at all levels, and works to foster greater understanding and appreciation of the value of philosophical inquiry.

Thanatology Conferences

Association for Death Education & Counseling (ADEC)
The 39th Annual Association for Death Education & Counseling Conference will be held in Portland, Oregon on April 5-8, 2017.   ADEC is one of the oldest interdisciplinary organizations in the field of dying, death and bereavement. Its nearly 2,000 members include a wide array of mental and medical health personnel, educators, clergy, funeral directors and volunteers.

Psychology Conferences

American Psychological Association (APA)
The American Psychological Association 2017 Convention will be held in Washington, D.C. on August 3-6, 2017.  The APA is the largest scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States. It’s nearly 130,000 members include researchers, educators, clinicians, consultants and students.  Their mission is to advance the creation, communication and application of psychological knowledge to benefit society and improve people’s lives.
