Our September Think & Drink was a lively one! Consisting of philosophy students and alum from from U of M, UMT, and community members, our group started about by a number of questions…settling on “What are holidays? What does it do for us to break up the year/time with them?”…and eventually moving into a a discussion about a series of other questions. Check out what we explored & photos here!
Our September Think & Drink took place in a different watering hole than the norm. Organized and hosted by Barry & Louise Ferst, this month we opted for an outdoor space and met in their garden on Holter Street. Inspired by the surroundings of our environs we first looked at Epicureanism and what, according to it, the good life might consist of. It was not long after that that our conversation expanded outward and touched down on several other areas of exploration. Check out what we explored & photos here!
Our August Think & Drink was great fun! Our group of 7 threw down a handful of questions — all of which (in their own way) stemmed from a concern about our current political & social climate. Check out photos & some of the questions we explored along the way!
